GENERAL CONDITIONS

  • The rates of the international packages are per person and they include all the services specified as included, VAT and air taxes.
  • Our rates do not include:
    • Expenses of visas to any country.
    • Expenses for personal documentation procedures.
    • Tips to guides, drivers, bellboys, waiters, etc.
    • Transfers that are not properly specified.
    • Luggage excess
    • Extra or expenses that are not properly specified in the itineraries.
  • The packages resulting from the search are quoted by the total of persons travelling as per detailed on your request.
  • The packages rates inside Argentina do not include transport to / from the selected destination, which will be quoted under request offering the best available rates. Please consult us.
  • Cruises rates are per person based on the type of chosen cabin. Port taxes must be prepaid and are discriminated apart.
  • Tips are mandatory and can be prepaid according to the company policy.

Hotels

  • Hotel rates are per room, with the indicated meal plan and they include VAT.
  • In case the accommodation in the selected hotels must be replaced for another of similar category, because of availability problems, the change will be communicated by due anticipation.
  • Check in time is 3 p.m. hs of the first staying day and it finishes at 10 a.m. hs of last day of the staying. In case the arrival is foreseen for before 3 p.m. hs, the room might not be available at that moment. In case of wanting to extend the stay after the check out time, the client will have to notify it to the reception and pay directly to the hotel the amount of the additional stay.

Variations

  • The Travel Agency and the supplier companies of services save themselves the right to alter the itinerary of the trip or the pre-established hotels if it was essential for a better organization of the trip or if circumstances of major force would came along.
  • The Travel Agency declines any responsibility for delays, advances or annulments that could happen because of the air companies or the transporter companies, being the expenses that originate in charge of the clients. If the tours or excursions would not have the minimum of passengers or for any justified cause The Organizer would turn out to be forced to suspend any of the trips, the participating clients will not have any more right than the entire refund of the amount paid by the above mentioned service, with express resignation to any other claim.

Cancelations

  • The entire amount and expenses will be retained according to the local operator's policies and released products determination. In case of cancellation as soon as the service was begun, the established policy will be applied for the annulment and voluntary waiver of the services (see Variations).
  • In case of the individual accommodation, the hotels charge one night penalty for cancellations within 72 hs (labour hours) before the arrival of the passengers. Fairs, exhibitions and other events have special cancellation policies. We suggest consulting for each case.
  • Rates published in this web site are for consultation purposes only and they are subject to changes and/or modifications without previous notice. At the time of confirming the rate, please contact our sales sector to make sure that the above mentioned tariff has not been modified.

Air Tickets

  • The airport tax may or may not be included according to the destination in accordance with the air line policy.
  • Air Fares are per person, the taxes are discriminated apart together with the conditions.
  • Cancellation Policies and penalties for date change: They will start applying from the moment the tickets are issued and they will be subject to each carrie policy depending on the booking class, not mattering the advance they are being done (the changes or cancellation of the itinerary). In each case it will be consulted with the responsible air line.

Claims

  • Claims will be presented written and must be accompanied with the corresponding certification of the supplier and no later than thirties (30) days following the final date of the services. Past this period, the company will not receive any claim.
